We offer all aspects from simply extracting and refitting heat exchanger bundles to a full spade to spade service, including the management and control of pressure jetting, machining repairs and inspection. We also provide hydraulic torquing services and full or partial re-tube of exchangers either in-situ or at our Pembroke Dock facility.
Our many hydraulic Peinemann and air driven bundle extractors allow us the capability of extracting heat exchanger bundles of up to 11 metres long, with a force of 60,000 kgf in a smooth and controlled manner.
